Mike McHale Appointed Managing Director of EMEA Sales to achieve further expansion into EMEA
SAN MATEO, Calif., USA (February 10, 2010) -- DeviceAnywhere, the industry leader in end-to-end mobile application testing, today announces the appointment of Mike McHale to the position of Managing Director of EMEA Sales. The addition of McHale to the UK sales and marketing team represents the latest step by DeviceAnywhere to further expand its EMEA footprint, having doubled the size of the team over the past year.
This latest appointment reinforces DeviceAnywhere’s commitment to continue to grow and support partners and customers across EMEA with DeviceAnywhere’s complete range of award-winning mobile application testing and development solutions. McHale assumed his new position in the newly created role on [18th January 2010].
Established in February 2007 and based out of London, the team has already established its position as the provider of the “go-to” mobile application testing, monitoring and certification solutions across EMEA, having established numerous VDL partnerships with leading European -based Carriers and OEMs including O2 UK, 3UK, Forum Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Telefónica Movil and the Symbian Foundation.

McHale joins DeviceAnywhere with over 25 years of progressive experience in direct and channel sales, sales management, new business development and marketing. He joins DeviceAnywhere from Anite Telecoms, prior to which he was at IXIA where he achieved consistent year-on-year growth and grew the sales team fourfold. He will report directly to Chris Callahan, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
